At present, the earphone wire mainly has six materials: TPU, TPE, PVC, PU, Hollow Wire and Braided Wired.
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) It is a material with high elasticity, high strength, high resilience and the characteristics of injection molding. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe, can be recycled and reused.
TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) material cost higher than TPE, but the market accept the TPE is more than TPU, because the cost can be cheaper and the consumers love it.
This material is use more in Auto parts.
Braided wired ( fabric wired) can make special and muti-colors for choose, it is a hand make craft,
PVC, PU and Hollow wire we have never use this materials to our customers.
First of all, it is not Environmental, 2nd the surface not smoothly when you touch and looks cheap. Especially it can not transfer the good sounds to the ear. And it can not recycle used.
